Orders are processed and shipped within our stated handling time. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed once the package has been shipped.

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders. Customers who need faster delivery may select expedited shipping options at checkout.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. If there is any issue with an order, customers must contact us directly so we can assist in resolving the matter.

Chargebacks should only be filed for unauthorized transactions or orders not received. Customers may not keep delivered merchandise while also seeking reimbursement through a chargeback.
